RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.1 If you are not satisfied with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please return the item(s) back to us – we can organise a change of product or a refund provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Please ensure you enclose a covering letter stating your name, contact telephone number, address and exchange details together with a copy of the original delivery note.

1.3 Once we have received the Goods, we will credit the payment card used for payment of your original order with the value of the goods in £ sterling (GBP) or, if you prefer, replace the Goods with alternative goods. Any refunds for delivery charges and costs incurred will be made on an order by order basis and entirely at our own discretion.
1.4 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty). We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
1.5 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.
